Insul-Deck
Insul-Deck is a versatile construction system for concrete floors, roofs, and elevated buildings. It uses stay-in-place insulated concrete forms (ICFs) made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). Each panel has integrated steel beams for support, making them lightweight and easy to handle. The system reduces floor weight by creating a T-beam shape and allows direct attachment of ceiling finishes to the steel beams. Panels are custom-made to required lengths and in thicknesses from 7” to 12.5” speeding up installation.
